Training on Corporative Culture and Corporative Style, 6 June 2005 |

The training is open for the owners of enterprises, top-managers, managers on companies’ development, specialists in PR and market, brand-managers, business-consultants.
Program of the training includes such topics as “Corporative culture as an integrated communicative process”, “The necessity to create a Corporative style and its elements”, “Corporative culture and Corporative design”, “Corporative brand” etc.
Training will be held by Fridolin Ditrih, expert of European Union Tacis program (Germany), Tatyana Kalinkina, expert in marketing (Ukraine).
The training will take place in the office of Regional Development Agency in Odessa Oblast. 25, Pushkinskaya Street, office 107.
Corporative culture exists in every organization. If it is not being formed on purpose, it appears spontaneously. Sometimes spontaneous corporative culture can be a drawback for achieving the strategic objectives of the company. If you don’t rule over the corporative culture, it might rule over you. But if this culture is created according to the strategy and mission of the company, it becomes a universal means for development and achievements.
This training will help you to realize advantages and disadvantages of a corporative culture existing in your company and to learn how to modify it according to a certain strategy. |
