Creation of a terminal on transportation of liquefied gas |

Project of joint cooperation to set up a terminal on transportation of liquefied gas, propositions on technical and economic development and increase of competitiveness of portpoint of sea trade port.
First stage is construction of a terminal to transport liquefied gas to vessels (on the basis of one of berths in the portpoint). Delivery of liquefied oil gas (LPG) on the first stage is envisaged by means of car cisterns from the railway station. If there is a railway constructed, it may be performed by tank-trucks of the Russian company “SGTransgas” or Turkish company “ARGAZ”, certified by departments of technical expertise. There will be a direct transportation from cisterns to vessels. This operation envisages construction of piers for simultaneous discharge from 10 to 30 cisterns, as well as availability of railway park.
On the territory of the portpoint the investor is to finish building of the berth, planned for equipment of the gas-pumping complex, carrying out damage control on 2 frozen berths and their equipping, construction of crane runways and shunting railway junction, setting of one bridge crane (a model is to be justified by the port officials), equipment of complex gas-transfer terminal.
It is envisaged that input of the investor into this program would be USD 5,3 bln. for the first stage. It will allow to transfer not less than 2000-2500 tons of liquefied gas every month.
Ukrainian party assumes obligation to get clearance of necessary documents for allotment of land, to render expertise on evaluation of costs of this land, frozen equipment and premises, which would allow to form necessary legal and economic background for joint cooperation (according to requirements of the Laws of Ukraine, Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers and Ministry of Transport).
